摘要:
My lab studies cell division and genome organization in the context of development and aging. My seminar will be two parts. I will first highlight a number of findings we have made that have led us to uncover how protein phase separation is involved in regulating mitotic spindle assembly and cell division. In the second part of my discussion, I will describe how the nuclear lamina protein regulates genome organization, organ building, and aging.
